My training and my various professional experiences have enabled me to develop my skills in many areas: developing a communication plan, designing communication media, conducting benchmarks and market research, maintaining privileged relationships with customers and providers, manage a schedule and budget, set up a strategy on social networks, animate a community, etc …

I also tame the Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect) and the WordPress CMS that I use on a daily basis. Finally, I was able to acquire some notions of HTML and CSS.

I live in les Vosges in France and I am currently training Multimedia project manager, specialty digital marketing provided by Openclassrooms. A new form of diploma 100% online and recognized by the French State.

My objective is to develop digital strategies that accompany the user throughout the journey by optimizing his experience at each point of contact in order to offer him a unique and enriching “customer journey”.
